haihaihai .today no sectional ,but got the drill thingy .very tired lah!
ran 3 rounds and did 8 push ups .that nvm lah,its the drill that is tiring .keep on stomp our feets . -.- bleahhhhhhhhh .
very what lor! but anyway april nv come to sch today .
